Appointments and Cancellations

Please arrive on time to your appointment, no more than five minutes early or 15 minutes late. Showing up 15 minutes or later will result in the appointment being canceled and the client being charged for 100% of the appointment. Please text Laurel (510-833-9764) if you think you’ll be late to determine if you can still be accommodated (Sometimes yes!).

To cancel your appointment; do this on your booking portal, NOT by contacting Laurel. If you need to cancel within 72 hours of the appointment, please pay if you haven’t already, and notify Laurel you will not be coming in.

Frequent last minute canceling and/or rescheduling, lateness or general disrespect will result in loss of booking privileges. Canceling less than 72 hours before your appointment, will result in paying for the entire appointment. Clients are in charge of their appointments, if you forget to make it to your appointment you are still responsible for 100% of the cost of the appointment (whether or not you are receiving notifications from booking platform, if you booked multiple sessions, forgot to cancel, etc). Refusal to pay will result in loss of booking privileges.

Special Booking, i.e., booking outside of regular studio hours may be possible, please contact Laurel to request. Understand there is a 20% increase added to the service to do this.

COVID-19 and general sickness

Due to the high number of clients last minute cancelling due to COVID or other illness, I can no longer afford to waive the cancellation fee. If you need to call out sick because you tested positive, were exposed to, or live with someone who tested positive for COVID-19, expect to be responsible for 100% of your appointment.

Due to the close proximity of breathing space and longer periods of time between nail tech and client, masks are not mandatory, but strongly encouraged. Laurel will be masked for the duration of the appointment. If you bring water or a beverage, it’s okay to pull down your mask to take sips.

Guests

If you have a dog that is well-behaved (house trained, does not bark excessively) and want to bring them along to your appointment, ask Laurel prior to the appointment, chances are it’ll be ok to bring your dog! Guests and children are not allowed except in the case that friends are scheduled back-to-back with each other.

Communication

If you need to contact Laurel to discuss details of your appointment, please text them (510)-833-9764 or email Pizzaperfectnails@gmail.com . This will get you the fastest response.
